Not mentioned in the statement: That Britney and her parents refused to cooperate in any manner; that he exaggerated most of the details about his meeting with her at Cedars-Sinai; and that the psychological community has, to the degree that they care at all, lambasted Dr. Phil's unsolicited visit to her in the first place.
