It's hot, humid and sort-of cloudy outside. Our air-conditioner's on the fritz, blasting out sporadic puffs of freezing cold air then inexplicably shutting off for an afternoon nap. We tried drinking a Red Bull to perk up but it turns out without vodka mixed in, it kinda tastes like crap. Which means it's time for today's Cable Quotables!
