Anchor Who Quoted Marx at Joe Biden "Doesn't Want the Limelight"

Barbara West, the 60-year old Florida anchor who started asking the most insane questions ever to Joe Biden this weekend (an ethics professor at the Ponyter Institute compared West's line of questioning to the loaded example, "Have you stopped beating your wife?" Where the assumption is embedded in the statement and there is no right answer) has been subsequently "thrust" into the public spotlight, this close to the election.

West is obviously a polarizing figure all of a sudden, but says she's received "over 10,000" letters so far because of the interview "that were 9-1 positive." Wonder what her producers did with the rest of them?

Funny, the GOP didn't think it was that cute when Campbell Brown started asking Tucker Bounds "tough questions" on CNN, and they ended up pulling John McCain from his Larry King interview because it was on the same station. But when Obama's camp pulled Jill Biden from doing an interview with Barbara West herself after seeing how she promoted a conservative agenda with her Biden questions, it means Obama's camp is "hedging." Sure.

Oh, and just for fun, Ms. West appeared on The O'Reilly Factor yesterday. Naturally.

 

Remember, this is the grandma who says she "did not do the interview to make headlines" but also her husband used to be a "Republican strategist who contributed $2,250 to Republican candidates from 2000 to 2006?"

Cool, just making sure she was still full of shit.

Everyone go to abc.com and read journalist M. Malone's article on the bias in the media regarding the election. He's getting huge hits on the article from Americans all across the country mostly in support and total agreement for what he says. Media beware! you're about to expire.

As an American, I very appreciated that Ms. Barbara asked for us those questions. The other news stations are dare to ask. We, the people, have the right to know. At least now we know there are still some honest, trusworthy reporter still exist in our world.Thanks Barbara. Keep up the good works for American people.

Joe Biden, as the future VP, should be able to answe r questions by a reported without being hateful and hostile. Tucker Bounds is a spokesperson not the VP pick. God forbid anyone ask Obama or Biden anything without being attacked back. Dems are acting like Thugs. I hope Obama is not hiding anything for the sake of the country.

I'll put in simple terms that you can understand…you've been punked by the Democrats. Not only have they convinced you that "spreading the wealth" has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with you, they've now convinced you that "freedom of the press" only applies to people reporting on clothing bills and moose hunts. It really isn't your fault, though. They control your info at school, universities and all those political fast food shows you watch. Go ahead, kids. Step right up and have your rights removed. Rebecca, did you actually watch the interview? I can't imagine how you can characterize Biden as either hateful or hostile. He answered each and every question intelligently and thoroughly, and only occasionally chuckled at the obvious slant of the interview. There is no way he mistreated Ms. Fox. If she is going to ask questions that are nothing more than right wing talking points, she's got to expect that the non-right wing of the country will notice and talk about it.
