Who knew that you could feel so bad for Dov Charney, of all people? Sure, after hearing all about Keith "Dog Stealer" Fink (an apt title if there ever was one) and his history of ambulance-chasing celebrities, we thought "Gross, but a match made in sleazeball heaven."

But then we get our mitts on a copy of the lawsuit that American Apparel composed against Nikki Yang, the second person jumping on the "let's sue Dov Charney for sexual harassment wagon" this round.

You may have already seen some stuff about how the allegedly assaulted Yang kept in close contact with Charney after she was fired, and even promised him a "hot girl massage," but that was waaay before she started to whine about not being famous enough compared to Dov, and then tried to extort over a million dollars from him for her start up business. Someone manages to out-classy Dov Charney? Cramazing.

Sorry Nikki…your sexual harassment claims went out the window with the first time you referred to Dov Charney as "Daddy." If Fink was any kind of lawyer other than the kind you can be by sending away for your diploma online, he would have never taken this case.
