Harvey Weinstein Is Under a Bit of Duress At the Moment
 

We can understand Harvey being under a lot of stress: After all, this is the man he keeps losing bets to Page Six, recently had MGM pull their distribution deal with his company, and is in a seemingly endless Kafka-esque legal battle with NBC and Lifetime over who gets to air Project Runway. But still, no one puts Penolope Cruz in a corner.

Even if the waifish actress did show up later for her Vicky Cristina Barcelona screening, where Harvey's impatience and months of resentment boiled over until he was yelling (quite audibly to the guests), "Tell her to get her f***ing ass here right now!" So, no guest-judging on Runway anytime soon?
