SNL went from picking on everyone fairly in past years to thia year's 90% Republican bashing with 10% Democrat gently kidding.

Actually nice to have the real Ann Coulter around to counter all the slobbering over Obama that has been gushing out of my TV set the last few days. I bet he couldn't even watch it without puking. In the words of Spike Lee this morning, "Tuesday will be the greatest day in American history". My only hope is that Oprah faints on top of him. Three years from now, I probably will be more of an Obama supporter than most of the lefties that have expectations raised to the level a messiah could not fulfill. When their legs stop tingling, they will turn on the poor guy.

I find it difficult for anyone to successfully imitate Ann Coulter, Old horse face Ann is so freekin ugly no one dare try to look like that. Teh only thing that is more disgusting than her face is the dribble that comes out of her mouth.

@fanofgrendel: Look the republicans have been in power for 8 years and things did not go so well. People are optimistic that things are going to improve. Optimism is very American and patriot. It is funny that the only thing I'm hearing republicans say lately is that it is dumb to be hopeful. I think it is dumb to be so pessimistic.

The trouble the liberal half-wits at SNL have is, that in order to make fun of an intelligent, attractive and witty person like Ann Coulter, they themselves have to possess an equal intelligence and wit. And that clearly is not the case.

This woman is too attractive and no where near anorexic enough to play coulter convincingly. It is a clever touch by the costume department to dress her in a neckline that covers the spot where ann's adams apple is usually bobbing in agreement with her random hysteria…maybe ann should also try turtlenecks. That thing is distracting.

Unfortunately, the real Ann Coulter is a vapid, chain smoking, Annorexic alchoholic. She keeps it hidden, so it can't be correctly portrayed by a comedian. 1? It's a so-so impression. Ann has this sing-songey condescending tone to her voice AND she's keeps direct eye contact. Not 'quick look' then off to the side. PLUS she leads a lot with her jaw.

Having said that I still thinks Ann smells of poop and sadness.
