Way to go, New York and Los Angeles: You managed to hand the Raleigh-Durham market the title of "most tuned in" when it came to yesterday's Obama inauguration broadcast. Some 51 percent of that North Carolina market supposedly tuned in; in Seattle-Tacoma, only 18.8 percent cared enough, according to Nielsen's notoriously flawed ratings.
