"One in Three Homeless People in America Are Homeless"

Oh Chace Crawford. Every time we think about picking another teen idol with, well, a little more personality, you come along and do something so adorably befuddling that we remember that our favorite animals are puppies. You are like a big, dumb, puppy! First there was that video of you answering a fashion question like you were Sarah Palin, and now this PSA for Jeans for Teens that you can't seem to get quite right. Video after the jump.

(Actual PSA for the first 40 seconds, then the outtakes)

This is like watching Tim Riggins read Of Mice and Men, or Jordan Catalano read anything at all. We love our hunky dumb-dumbs.

Hey, MORE than one in three homeless people are homeless! It's true! It's a fact! He may be a goofball, but he's a sweet, golden-retrievery goofball.

He's awful pretty, but I'm amazed he can get through any episodes of GG with that short-term memory. How has he gotten any jobs as an actor at all? Pretty only goes so far.

And is that really how the store's name is supposed to be pronounced?
