You would think after that SNL debacle where everyone learned that he couldn't sing, Kanye West would take a long, humbling look at himself in the mirror and realize that just because you come up with rhyme like "Since Prince was on Apollonia/Since OJ had Isotoners" doesn't mean you get to act like a king, even ironically. But then you watch this video and remember that Kanye is pretty high up there in terms of delusional/entertainment value, so continue sending him free mink stoles and Louis Vuitton shoes as shwag, and maybe he'll keep on making videos like this instead of working on another 808s & Heartbreak.
We'd like to believe this is part of the prank that had Kanye's Gmail account and Myspace hacked into, but unfortunately, it isn't.

Kanye West is a self made man. He was told by Dame Dash that he was not a rapper and Rock A Fella records would not put him on. He stuck to his guns and became a rapper. He was in an accident that should have killed him or at least crippled him, yet he kept going and made "Through the Wire" and the video was great! And when most rappers feel that they have to represent pimps, drug dealers and thugs to sell, he came out and made it without all of that. He has brought us John Legend and re-introduced us to Common, and he showed that he made just as much money as the other rappers without falling for the same themes they think they have to stick to. And yes, he got mad when his song didn't win because he knew it was the best; but he also gave his award to UGK when he thought their song was the best. He is an artist and they are allowed to be a little crazy because of their brilliance, and I feel he deserves to brag just as much as any other rapper who does it. Swag On Martin "Louie" the King!
