Our favorite square-chinned anchor that we'd like to drink with was on The Late Show last night, discussing his conspiracy theory on President Obama and the Chief of Justice John Roberts flubbing the oath during the inauguration. Letterman almost has a heart attack from laughing so hard. Video after the jump.
