Tempting the fates (lest they reach another ending full of dramatic irony), those renegade Somali pirates hijacked a tanker with 12 Filipinos and one Indonesian in the gulf of Aden today. Maybe after America is done rebuilding Iraq or whatever we're doing over there, we might want to take a gander at Somalia, which hasn't had a functional government in almost two decades, but still manage to get their shit together enough to wage war on the high seas every month or so.
