Uppity Mag Publisher Can't Survive Without Your Wall Street Bonuses, Either

Trader Monthly, Dealmaker, Private Air, Corporate Leader, and The Cigar Report are all published by Doubledown Media. And like their readership's Wall Street portfolios, it's all come crashing down.

The New York publisher is shutting down operations. It seems like the only option, given the messy financial situation Doubledown is in, which involves court arbitrators forcing president Randall Lane to pay off one of their title's founders to the tune of $1.25 million — or about one month's revenue.

Fine. But what will happen to Trader Monthly For Kids?

No. 1 · Stiffed

Randall Lane has a history of stiffing writers. He did this at POV and has done it again at Doubledown. No one should write-for him in future.
