Sumner Redstone may be $1.6 billion dollars in debt, but that's not going to stop him from keeping his remaining stake at CBS and Viacom. Rather, sources close to the once billionaire say he is coming to an agreement that will let him refinance part of the debt over at National Amusements, while still keeping his companies afloat. We have to wonder if he plans on pulling a David Pecker, where he hands control of holdings over to his lenders and is able to skirt around bankruptcy and buy himself a little extra time. Long suffering daughter Shari was, of course, unwilling or unable to comment.
