You know that half the hate-mail that will be coming to the cast of the second iteration of Real Housewives of New York City will be coming from Anderson Cooper, who is raging out over the lack of NeNe. But come on, we're all adults here, if we don't like a program we can just not watch it, right? Apparently not. And that's why Real Housewives and all its incarnations do so well, ultimately: Even if they are terribly out of touch with the economic climate, even if they are totally "pre-Obama," there is nothing bloggers and critics love more than to hate-watch something.
