A-Rod Looks to Couric On How to Ruin His Career
 

Who knew that Alex Rodriguez and Katie Couric were such besties? Except, as Couric revealed on Letterman last night, it's more like A-Rod has an overwhelming desire to "prove" himself to her, like some sort of wayward son figure she never wanted. Video after the jump.

 

So even after lying to her about doing steroids on 60 Minutes, Rodriguez phones up Katie and asked her what team he should play for. Then he hand-wrote her an apology and delivered it to her doorstep, asking to be on her show again? Shouldn't he be all "no comment" at this point? Or maybe Rodriguez just has a thing for those older women who look terrible in HD.
