Double-dipping Sherri? The Star Jones replacement on The View is currently in production for a Lifetime comedy series that is "loosely based on Shepherd's experiences" Ho-kay. We're used to seeing Shepherd, who comes off as perhaps the densest dark matter next to Elisabeth Hasselbeck on ABC, surprise us with her acting chops as Tracy Jordan's wife on NBC's 30 Rock. So perhaps the network change will help. On the other hand, the comedy plans on being multi-camera, which everyone knows means "traditional sitcom," and which even The Hollywood Reporter notes doesn't really work outside of CBS anymore. God knows how they keep it up, with their 2 and 1/2 Men and Big Bang Theory.

This woman is deceptive, she is thought of as a comedienne but I see such a bitch beneath the veneer. I think she is dangerous and I think she is incredibly dumb. Whoopi (just watch her face, when Sherri talks) can't stand her. What the hell was Barbara Walters thinking????????????
