O'Reilly is really someone most people would like for Stewart to be confrontational with because O'Reilly is such a hypocrite and social degenerate. He did much better with Cramer but I think O'Reilly really should have been raked over the coals.

I think that John Stewart is hilarious. He would even admit first and foremost, that he is a comedian…not a reporter. His program is on COMEDY Central. If you watch the video of him on Crossfire, he emphasizes that he isn't attempting to be seen as a serious journalist. I don't understand why he upsets people, it's comedy.

It was wrong then, but nobody gave a damn because they made money;

3) Shouldn't the SEC have paid at least obligatory attention to what we all saw Cramer saying on those clips?;

4) Follow the shit trail to the asshole from whence it came. Don't pick up the obvious pieces and call it cleaned up.

Keith "How dare you, sir!" Olberman never said boo on the air about the Stewart smackdown that titilated the media mavens for hours. I hear there's bad blood between Olbermann and Stewart: Olbermann hates him. But then again, he eschews anyone who challenges him which is why he never has a guest on his show that does so.

The HuffPo's article about Mad Money being off the air in 60 days was short on information, investigation, and did nothing to cause the reader to want to learn more. Kind of pandering, actually.

I've never watched Olbermann's show - stopped paying attention to him at Slate long ago.

@bookishlookish: I may have gotten to know Helman better perhaps than you do, as she has confided in me that Palestinians have no class and use Miracle Whip. That girl makes THE BEST mayonnaise. She talks about the alternative of making my own mayo, but that's not a great solution. Homemade mayo doesn't keep and each batch requires a lot of ingredients (at least a cup of oil). I know we don't use that much mayo in a week in our house. Honestly, I'm freaking out. Helman's is the only mayo I like!
