Well, in the sense that this is where media companies are turning when they want a bailout. Considering that Microsoft/Yahoo is already turning down all newspaper deals coming their way, why would other top media companies assume that Google will help them with their cash flow problem via better positions on Google's search results? Maybe because it's mutually beneficial that the biggest companies, which would theoretically be making the most of Google Ads, be given premiere space?
