Last night celebrated the 7th anniversary of the Dressed to Kilt fashion show, "the highest profile Scottish event in the United States,” which is sort of like saying someone is the world's tallest midget, but whatever. The event is notable if only for the fact that it got Gossip Girl hottie and English native Ed Westwick into one of those Braveheart skirts, which he managed to pull off with his typical moody scowl. Damn, son.
