Just thought you might want to hear the straight scoop from Oakland. A Motor Sgt. for the CHP there got this info from his Oakland PD friends that were on scene during the shoot out. This shitbird was a real piece of work and a very hardened criminal. The first two motors were really caught short with nowhere to go.

So here is kinda what happened in Oakland, per one of my friends that was on scene during the second shooting.

Dirtbag was stopped for an unknown violation in Oakland by an Oakland PD motor Sgt.. The Sgt made the approach and contacted the dirtbag getting all of his info. The Sgt went back to his bike and began to write the ticket.. As he was writing the ticket the motor officer showed up and for cover but nothing was out of the ordinary. Sometime after the officer arrived they determined that they were going to tow the car for something Probably a=2 0suspended lic. but not sure if they ran him for warrants or not ( he did have a no bail warrant) For some reason the officer(the second to arrive) made an approach on the Buick (an official car of dirtbags). While he was up there there was one shot fired by the dirtbag from a handgun. The officer began to retreat for cover and the dirtbag exited his vehicle and shot the officer in the back of the head as he was running away. apparently he barely made to the back of the Buick. He was never able to get his gun out.

The sergeant began to use his bike for cover when he was charged by the dirtbag and shot twice in the neck. He was unable to get his gun out either.

The dirtbag fled a few blocks on foot into an apartment complex and into his sisters apartment.

The 11-99(CHP for assistaqnc e) was put out and everyone showed up and at some point an anonymous tip was given as to the dirtbags location.

Swat arrived and set up a plan.

2 hours after the the initial shooting they entered the apartment. They entered as a team and had to duck below a window next to the door. This is where things differ from the news. The news says they entered a hallway and he was hiding in a closet and as they approached the closet he shot through the door and struck the 3rd and 4th.

My friend said that they ducked under the window next to the front door and as they were waiting to enter the=2 0door the subject used his AK 47 that he was storing at his sisters apartment and open fired through the wall just as they were preparing to enter the front door. The bullets struck one and as they retreated and dragged the victim toward safety the dirtbag continued the offense and shot the Sgt that was assisting the 3rd officer that was shot.

Massive gunfire ensued and they subject was struck about fifty times according to some.

From what my friend said they rushed the entry due to emotions and were under the assumption that he only had the handgun. I don't think they knew that it was his sisters place. The same sister that has been quoted on the news as saying he was not a bad man but she was storing his AK 47 and another long rifle for her convicted violent felon brother. They were not really sure if the dirtbag was in the apartment and since they are in the Ghetto and no one telles the truth, they wanted to clear it quickly to make sure he didn't escape the perimeter.

Not sure what the dirtbags gun history is but he knew what he was doing on the first two. not center mass due to the vest…. aiming at the head and then had the presence of mind to shoot through the wall as they were approaching. Most people wouldn't think to shoot through the wall.

I'll keep you updated as I find out more.

My predi ction is that Oakland is going to have Watts style riots before the end of 2010.

There were massive parties all over Oakland celebrating the event in Oakland that night. During the interviews on TV there were 20 or 30 people in the the background screaming "F*** the police" and saying they got what they deserved. It was everything the officers could do to restrain themselves.
