John Edwards Investigated By Grand Jury

enquirerhunterbaby-214x260

Man, just when you had forgotten all about John Edward's mistress Rielle Hunter, her crazy website and connections to 80s yuppie nihilists, now someone has decided to investigate Edward's payroll for his former documentary director?

At least four former Edwards campaign workers recently received secret subpoenas to testify in Raleigh, N.C., according to a close source in Washington, D.C.
Two major federal agencies - the FBI and the Internal Revenue Service - are involved in the investigation, divulged the source.

What, are you telling me it's illegal to pay your mistress hush-money from your campaign finances to keep your love child a secret? What kind of crazy world do we live in, anyway?

I wish we could just get a divorce :( a mutual divorce, we don't have anything in common anymore, we don't share the same values, anymore.

@Rhonda: You are talking about values? That's a laugh the most vicious anti-christian woman on this site. The other day you told 3 different posters to eat feces you insult other posters in almost every post. You called the poor people who could afford to leave and drown in Katrina stupid and said they deserved to die.The only values you display are anger and hatred toward your common man. I will pray for you. Divorce accepted if you don't want to be part of 1 America you can leave the country at any time.

Getreal,

Just for the record I have never told anyone to eat feces. According to you, no American has EVER suffered like those in New Orleans. I am quite sick of Katrina. There were many sad and very pitiful stories that came from Katrina. You don't see other groups of Americans acting like people in New Orleans. Perfectly healthy, capable people that couldn't put one foot in front of the other. The mayor left town, the gov hid in her bathroom, cops abandoned the city or stole from the citizens, buses full of gas under water never utilized. Everyone in government in the state of La was democrat, they all hid and let George Bush take the wrath of the people. Katrina was a disaster, a very ugly one,in more ways than one.

and lets not forget the drug thugs shooting at doctors and nurses. most people and most states regret helping the New Orleans thugs relocate to their state. Of course it not PC to say any of that.

@getreal: I was making a joke. The "two Americas" mumbo jumbo was (almost our vice president) Edwards con job. Can't you see how very clever I was, saying he was in the Sleazy America of the two? It was so funny I didn't even include one of my pictures, or so I thought. Well, sorry.

I don't remember anyone eating feces, but then again, I don't remember much of a discussion on Katrina either.

rhonda,

i'm a teenager who lives in new orleans. i understand how you were shocked and frustrated by what had happened, and by the governmental failures that followed. but i think you have to recognize the fact that governmental failures occurred at every level- certainly locally, but also nationally.

also, most new orleanians aren't "thugs." there's gang warfare here, but thats a grievous generalization.
furthermore, the people in new orleans aren't helplessly flailing, unable to "put one foot in front of the other." the majority of the citizens are doing everything they can to bring their houses, communities, and lives back to normal.

@Rhonda: Another lie I never commented on Katrina other than to say I hope the red cross prepared better for the people of Fargo and helped people without funds relocate. People without money and somewhere to go need help to relocate if your little brain can't comprehend that it's your problem. I'm talking about Fargo. I never made another comment about Katrina ever what happened was sad and unlike you I would never cheapen that by insulting or trying to speak for the people who lived theough it.. You told 3 different people two days ago with no provocation to eat crap sandwhiches. I'm starting to think that besides being a liar you have no memory of the hateful stuff you post. It's sad

Eleanor,

Sorry, you just caught in the cross-fire between me and Getreal.

Of course, not everyone in NO is a thug, but you'd think the only person who did any wrong was GWB.

Americans are suffering all over the country, but nothing seems to compare to suffering in NO. I guess I hate the POLITICS of Katrina. Sorry for your loss.

Maybe you post this filth and forget about it but it's still out there on this site. You call yourself a christian then you say these un-christian things it makes all christians look like small minded hateful hypocrites. Stop telling people to eat feces it is below even you.

our little acorn, I never told anyone to eat feces, but I did tell them (Weezy) to enjoy their Obama crapsandwich but only IF you enjoy crapsandwiches. I would never deny anyone their right to a crapsandwich, if that is what they want. As Americans, we have rights, if you enjoy crapsandwiches, then go for it!

Oh well, maybe the extortionist Rielle Hunter really did not pay all her taxes on her ill-gotten monetary gain.

Meanwhile, the "Other America" is made of flesh and bones and it is hurting. We in the "Other America" need a National Spokesperson.
I'm O.K. with John Edwards as my spokesperson.
During the Presidential campaign, John Edwards said about the majority of "Other" Americans, (those who are not rich and do not own a bank) the following:
"They persevere. They are strong. They are courageous. They go out everyday and do what they can for their family. These people are entitled to dignity and respect." This needs to be said, again, by someone, right now.
I know the money I donated to the Edwards campaign was well spent.

Don't expect the U. S. Justice Department to investigate in any
real way the people who stole the moneys and then got the bailouts.
The last I heard the Justice Department was busying itself with
investigating how John Edwards spent his campaign money.
Let me give them a clue. One thing he did with the money
was pay for this add, now, he will may go to jail for it.

“One America that does the work, another that reaps the reward. One America that pays the taxes, another America that gets the tax breaks. One America - middle-class America - whose needs Washington has long forgotten, another America - narrow-interest America - whose every wish is Washington's command. One America that is struggling to get by, another America that can buy anything it wants, even a Congress and a president.” quote by John Edwards
