The network will allow the small cadre of “Kings” fans a chance to watch the show’s remaining episodes, however. Starting April 18, NBC will shift “Kings” to network TV’s super death slot, 8 p.m. Saturday.
“Kings” had been slated to air Thursdays at 10 p.m., but new NBC Entertainment President Angela Bromstad nixed that plan within days of taking power. She banished “Kings” to the much more difficult 8 p.m. Sunday slot, where, following a weak premiere, it has continued to perform poorly.
