It wasn't too long ago that Billy Ray Cyrus was just some mulleted hayseed singing terrible yet popular country songs about heartbreak. Then our nation went and almost gave the vice presidency to a hayseed much like himself, and now ol' Billy Ray is a bona fide celebrity dickhead, one who carries Gucci computer bags, highlights his hair, wears sweatpants with driving mocs and tells people to fuck off.

Oh, the spoils of having a goldmine of a daughter.

look at the picture closely. Cyrus is NOT flipping off the camera. It is an optical illusion. The top finger is pointed at the camera making it look bent and then the middle finger is simply extended just below the top finger but at less of an angle making it look like cyrus is flipping the bird.
