Britney Spears Acts Like She's Too Good For Getting High Now

With her recent transformation back into that good clean(?) girl that everyone loves, Britney Spears recently left the stage of the Vancouver stop on her Circus tour 15 minutes into her opening because "the building (was) awfully smoky." But don't worry, she came back!

The concert concluded with Spears singing "Womanizer" and advising the still-restless crowd, "Vancouver, don't smoke weed." Her sign-off was also peppered with a couple of X-rated expletives and a warning to "drive safe."

Being on the road 24/7 and singing every night during a tour can really take a toll on your body, and of course you want a stadium to be as nice as possible. But did Britney really leave her fans waiting because she was afraid of getting a contact high? This is not a woman that's unfamiliar with the occasional smoke or two. Or, more likely the case, has the tour has turned the Womanizer into a burnout already?

In the Good Old Days of the 20th Century, talented entertainers performed (and actually sang, without backup-dancers) in smoke-filled nightclubs.
