Rapper Young Jeezy, a.k.a. Jay Wayne Jenkins, has been arrested. Again. This makes two times in the month of January that Young Jeezy has been taken into custody.
Police in Alpharetta, GA responded to an alarm going off at a townhouse belonging to Jeezy's girlfriend. When they arrived, no one answered the door but they saw Jeezy leaving from the back. When they asked him to show his identification, he refused and instead decided that cursing at them was a better idea than cooperating.
Good call, dude. Good. Call.
Jeezy was arrested on January 3 on charges of battery, false imprisonment, and terroristic threats against his son. That incident allegedly occurred in September 2012.
He was released from jail the same day on $45,000 bond and was expected to appear in court for a plea and arraignment for the altercation with his teenaged son on January 29th.
He posted $1,000 bond for Tuesday's charges. There is no word yet on how the latest arrest will impact the one from earlier this month.
