One trend we already discovered Americans love is emailing each other photos of fat people. Taking another gander at Yahoo’s most-emailed photo list, a new phenomenon emerges: You really want your friends and family to see conjoined twin newborns!

These girls are Gods gift. Their beautiful and are both the same. I’ll forever keep them in my prayers, I hope they both live healthy lives and have fun growing together.
Well after reading, I want to think that its two people unstead of one, because after the sugery what are they gone to do with the other face.
It’s only one person dumb people, you seem to have no brain. And are they gonna do a surgery. If I was that baby I would hate them later if they did. Having four eyes must be great!
