After Jared Kushner closed down twelve of his seventeen Politicker sites last month, it didn't take an economist to tell the end was nigh for the young media titan's foray into local political websites. Now three more Politicker sites have been shut down, including New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania, which effectively closes the Politicker Network experiment.
What will happen to the two remaining states of New York and New Jersey? They will most likely be swallowed up into the regional news section of the Observer's online presence, which Kushner also owns.
