Angelina Jolie's Fake Assistant Lied About Her Giving Birth

How to explain how Entertainment Tonight so very badly bungled the EXCLUSIVE!!! story about Angelina Jolie giving birth last week? (And then their website "crashed"; maybe they were hiding from their screw up?)

Well, it wasn't entirely their fault.

Jossip hears that somebody has been impersonating Angelina's assistant Holly Goline, using a fake BlackBerry email address and sending erroneous reports to the press. Jolie's attorneys at cease-and-desist happy firm Lavely & Singer are said to be circulating a letter among entertainment outlets explaining the situation.

And the worst part? This impostor has been sending fake information to the media for the past year. Time to start counting up all those outrageously untrue items!

Says the letter:

"A random individual has engaged in a scheme to intentionally harm my client and deceive her fans, the public and the media through illegal and tortuous impersonation of Ms Jolie's long-time assistant, Holly.

"The individual who claims to be, and to whom the media has relied upon as, a 'reliable source' is not my client's assistant, nor does the email address belong to my client's assistant."

Of course it was ET fault. When do they ever really apologise? What about the "Angelina and Brad hadn't donated to Namibia stories" which was WIDELY REPORTED AS THE TRUTH. IT took Lainey, another gossip columnist who took the trouble to check and find out that payments were indeed made. But was that ever corrected.

The latest joke was Ken Baker reporting that Brad took Maddox to a formula one CAR Race. For heaven's sakes, it was a motorbike race and anyone who bothered to READ would know that.

I never watch any of these entertainment shows nor read the tablies for Brad and Angelina news. And what's more the lack of credibility with respect to Brad and Angelina makes me question what ever else they are reporting about any other celebrity. I have every hope that these entertainment shows and tablies are digging their own graves.

Sorry, it wasn't ET it was E! but it was Ken Baker.

Someone from E! has corrected the story apparently ( I didn't go on the website to check coz, really why bother?). But here is the uncorrected one (but you gotta wonder if they have to correct even the simplest of facts, just how credible are the more "delicate" less factual reports of fights, split ups, pregnancies or anything else?):

Brad and Maddox Hit the Races

Today 9:26 AM PDT by KEN BAKER

    What Maddox wants, Maddox gets.

Brad Pitt and his eldest son took a four-hour road trip from their rented villa in France to watch the Mugello Grand Prix in Italy.

???Brad wanted to go and Maddox was really excited after watching the Monaco Grand Prix the week before on television,??? a source tells E! News.

???They wanted to go to the Monaco Grand Prix together, but it was so rainy that they canceled at the last minute.

???They both had a great time and they met Valentino Rossi after he won, and Maddox asked him lots of questions about the Formula One race cars.???

(Just wait until the kid decides he wants his own motorcar.)

This doesn't surprise me in the least. One, I find the whole paparazzi thing deplorable, the over-crowding of stars is stifling. But as for E! taking the bite and running with it, well, they should have checked their resources… Duh!

I hope ET really investigates what really happened. Angelina Jolie is notorious for tipping off paparazzi and looking coy! Some of the "artyicles" in Vanity Fair and other 3rd world news sources sound like nothing more than the self-adulation penned by their inside camp too.

Our heads are spinning with their SPIN! Puke.

Can we have some good artists instead?

ET please get to the bottom of what really happened! You were duped!
