First of all, she does not, I repeat, DOES NOT want custody. She merely wants to be a part of her grandchilds life. As any grandmother would want. She has a right to be in her life. It is not about the money, where does it say she has harmed children?

Lyndal was just a moderator up until the subpoenas came out, then she turned into a roving freelance researcher journalist, (thats what they call her now) really she is just an out of work real estate agent, times are tough ya know, a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.

I have been to http://www.rosespeaks.com and http://www.rosespeaks.com/rose-blog many times and I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM. I know that she does have to ban trouble makers that like to attack other bloggers and steal their comments to post on other sites. I think she also had to ban people that have made threats and harrassed her members on other sites. Too bad you can’t get in there it’s really a great website that has all the legal documents from all sides and in all the court cases involving all things Anna Nicole Smith. I have a huge problem with Rosespeaks and Art Harris it is Pro Sern and they were slanderous to Mrs. Arthur with their lies, one of the woman Theresa in the suit even gloated that she had all of the people in defense of Vergie denied access to TMZ? I find these people to be horrendous with their avtions and their web sites and I hope Mrs. Arthur prevails and wins her lawsuit. NOBODY deserves to be treated like that! These WOman should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

Honestly how can you libel someone who has no credibility? That’s like Don King filing for character defamation. I really hope this suit gets dispatched quickly I am so tired of this whole cast of characters just stirring up legal trouble where there really shouldn’t be any. From a Western Australian prosepective Virgie Arthur was despised by her DRUG INDUCED daughter & therefore should have no rights whatsoever! By teaming up with Rita Cosby she showed her true colours!!!
