Anonymous Hacktivists Blow Up Bill O'Reilly's Spot
Where is Batman when you need him?

After condemning members of the hacker group Anonymous for leaking Sarah Palin's personal email information, conservative blowhard Bill O'Reilly found his own site in jeopardy after the "hacktivists" retaliated the only way they know how:

Wikileaks (the same site that posted Palin's account info) received a screenshot of the Fox pundit's subscriber list to the premium portion of his website, BillOreilly.com on Friday from an anonymous source. Although no credit has been officially taken, the hack is believed to be a counter-attack from the same people who released Palin's Yahoo info.

The source revealed the names, email addresses, and in some cases state and phone number information for members who choose to pay upwards of 50 dollars a year for access to the message boards and forums on O'Reilly's site. No word yet whether the logins are legit, and the site has yet to comment one way or another, although we'll probably hear about it soon…and at length…from Billbo himself.

It would be interesting to hear O'Reilly try to raise the invasion of personal privacy alert, since that is generally a liberal complaint about government interference (paaaaaatriot act). Although if The Dark Knight was a metaphor for the glorious Bush administration and their heroic wire-tapping, would that make these hackers the equivalent of all those regular Joes in the movie who dress up like the caped crusader and fight for justice on his behalf?

It would be kind of funny to have the conservative pundits' sights invaded. They are all too smug anyway.

Too bad they can't just blow up O'Reily personally. He's so full of gas , it ought to be a breeze.

Hacking into a website and stealing people's personal information is totally wrong. It doesn't matter if it's done to fans of Bill O'Reilly or to his counterparts on the left wing. It is wrong, wrong. Shame on all of you for not condemning it.

No, not that anonymous.

lolol: Of course you do. How else can you keep people out who aren't confirmed dittoheads?

$50 and up per year - you don't suppose that there are a lot of people willing to pay that post their opinion for ridicule, do you? You'd have to have real self-hate issues.

It may turn out that they didn't actually have to hack the site but rather simply went digging very deeply into non-indexed material, which shouldn't have been there (if it was).

Right on John. Hacking into anybody's information, be it on the left or on the right, is equally terrible and horribly invasive.

It's clear what the point is here. Liberals complain when Dick Cheney listens in on phone conversations, yet they celebrate when the privacy of a conservative is taken advantage of and set out for all to display.

Standing on top of your self-righteous mountains pretending you care about privacy is a bunch of B.S. It was never about privacy, was it? It's all just a bunch of selfish whackos who are all politically driven and thumbing their noses at everyone else, whose privacy is not as important as their own. Those, my friends, are your liberals hard at work.

Actually I would be happy to see anyone in the media or government getting hacked. They are ALL lying crooks. Republicrats don't need all this secrecy. They work for us after all. A little leak here and there would help keep them on their toes and behaving.
