Bald Man Tries to Steal His Hair Back

A bald man accused of stealing five bottles of Rogaine from a local CVS will go to court today. The man is being held on $3,000 bail at the Westchester County jail for stealing $50 of the hair growing product. Apparently, those “We Prosecute Shoplifter Signs” are no joke. [Journal News]
