Bob Novak's Great Excuse For Running That Guy Down

On Wednesday, Chicago Sun-Times columnist Bob Novak struck a pedestrian while driving in Washington, D.C., but claims not to have noticed, and thus didn't immediately stop. On Sunday, Novak was diagnosed with a brain tumor. One guess as to whether Novak's legal counsel and medical team will eventually explain away Scenario A with Scenario B.
