We're hearing murmors that NBC Universal execs have made their final tallies for job cuts at the Today show and NBC Nightly News. While the rumors could be wildly off, we're told to expect "low double digit" slashes at the morning gabfest (one insider responding to our questioning tells us "20 to 25 sounds about right"), while the evening news program will see "lower double digit" hit jobs ("a dozen or so"). That will come on top of last week's 17 pink slips at Dateline, a field of tears, and Brian Williams continuing to earn eight figures..
