Breaking: Judge Presiding Over Anna Nicole Smith Hearing Apparently Reads Jossip 'Whodunit.' Also, Nobody In L.A. Eats
According to CNN, the judge determining the fate of Anna Nicole Smith's corpse has joined the rest of the world in wondering whether Howard K. Stern was pimping out his girlfriend and encouraging her dangerous drug habit.
Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend testified today that he tried to curb the former centerfold's drug use and the judge referred to her longtime companion, Howard K. Stern, as "maybe an enabler." Judge Larry Seidlin began the sixth day of a hearing to decide the fate of Smith's body with a long diatribe.
And just when we thought things were finally, maybe, getting back to normal, we saw this new "DEVELOPING STORY" (as proclaimed by a giant yellow banner) at the very top of the CNN website:
And…..we're back to crazy again.

Ha! I took a screenshot of that header on CNN, too. I knew someone on the internet would appreciate it.
It seems to me that everyone seems to be handling Howard K. Stern, Bonnie Stern, and Gary Stern with kid gloves. First of all, his association with ET TV is suspect.
I am sure there is a profit in it for Howard, like
everything else he is doing. When Bonnie Stern makes the comment about Virgie: "You disgust me." People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
Howard K. Stern is a despicable character. He lives off
Nicole, who paid for everything, including his apartment. He has not worked since 2002. He is nothing short of a mooch. Then he has his retired parents sending him checks. He is a "squatter" in a house he refuses to leave. The Stern family criticizes Virgie's court action at the
funeral, but does not consider Howard's refusing the legal
request for DNA just as disgusting, or the fact that Howard K. Stern makes money off other people. The Sterns are contemptuous of the legal system, refusing to set things right in the name of money. Howard is constantly trying to make "back room deals" for fear he may lose some of the fortune that belongs to DannieLynn.
He is trying to control everything, as he controlled Anna Nicole. He is manipulative and an enabler.
There is no question in my mind that he is one step ahead of the law and subject to severe scrutiny.
Larry Birkhead is the only gentleman and person of integrity in this entire situation. Hopefully, justice will be served and he will get his daughter. Throw Howard K. Stern to the sharks in the Bahamas, where he can swim with his own kind.
