Nicole Richie has joined the esteemed ranks of Mel Gibson, Richard Johnson, and Rip Torn. Yep, her very own DUI. Epicenter of all things scandal TMZ.com reports the young lass was booked in the late morning and released not an hour ago. Something about going the wrong way on the 134, using the car pool lane when she was the only one in the car, and admitting "she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot."

Scarlett — the best part wasn't her eight…it was her being "black?" She was white the last time she was arrested…guess she is seeing Michael Jacksons doctor — if he can make Michael white, why couldn't he make Nicole white? Either way, she's a sad case…no talent, no looks…all daddy's money and fame. I can imagine it's tough growing up in that environment…but who the hell is it that convinces these skanks (Nicole, Paris) that they have something to offer the entertainment world? GO AWAY…you're gross!
