And … she did it. Jeanine Pirro, the outspoken former district attorney, has secured her own TV show on The CW. Judge Jeanine Pirro, shot in Chicago, premieres this fall as part of the two-hour afternoon block that Warner Bros. is taking over on the struggling network. The Telepictures produced hour will focus on domestic violence, child support and other lady-centric issues. Pirro joins an already crowded market of judge shows, but her 3pm timeslot also pits her against ABC’s General Hospital, NBC’s Judge Joe Brown and, perhaps more challengingly, CBS’s Dr. Phil. Though she will fit right in to a programming block devoted to emotional instability and outbursts.

About this time last year, Jeanine Pirro was on top of her game: The ex-Westchester district attorney and failed state attorney hopeful was said to have signed on to host her own talk show for $1 million a year. Then the deal fell through.

So where is she now? Losing her teeth on Geraldo.
