Plenty of dumbass celebities have been Bush, McCain and Huckabee supporters, like Chuck Norris and Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
Obama also has many intelligent supporters from all walks of life including entertainment. In fact, the educated and intellectual Republicans, such as Colin Powell and Regan speech writer Peggy Noonan, left the Republicans in droves to support Obama, and provided very articulate and well reasoned explanations for why they considered Obama and his policies best for the country.
