Chris Martins is stepping down as editor-in-chief of Filter, we hear, to pursue something ambitious like "writing" and "artistic/creative endeavors." To be sure, we're not quite certain whether Chris was technically EIC all by himself, or whether he shared the title with Pat McGuire. Either way, McGuire is (already?) using "editor-in-chief" in his email signature, so it's safe to say that if he wasn't in command before, he is now.
