Free Publicity for Your Crappy VH1 Show? No Thanks!

There is a certain *achem* bisexual reality star that has taken offense to what blogs are writing about her. So her (Viacom's?) lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter over to Nerve, where poor Emily Farris was under the impression that all publicity is good publicity, and that it wasn't yet considered copyright infringement to write about someone's crappy little grab for their 15 minutes. Well, if this C-lister doesn't want the attention, far be it from us to write any further about T_ L_ T_Q_I_A. Not that we were, anyway.
