That's a cheap shot from you. (Well, cheaper than usual.)

Chico's clothes are for older women and they saw an opportunity and took it by signing Debbie Phelps. They were failing because they tried to attract a younger woman. Now they are back on track. Nothing wrong with that.

My mother is a very attractive 75 and Chico's clothes look fabulous on her — if only there were a comparable line for women in their 40's!
