Fictitious Donors For Obama Could Have Tried Harder to Conceal Their Non-Existence
Seymor Butts? Really?

Who says Barack Obama appeals only to the educational elites? Over $40,000 in contributions have been made to the Democratic campaign that smell a little bit fishy: maybe because the Facebook generation couldn't be bothered to try to hide their smart-ass idealism:

The complaint followed an article on the conservative Web site Newsmax.com that highlighted thousands of dollars in contributions, made in increments of $25 dating back to March, from "Good Will" in Austin, Tex., who listed his employer as "Loving" and his occupation as "You," as well as thousands in small contributions that started last November from a "Doodad Pro" in Nunda, N.Y., with the same employer and occupation.

A pair of donors named "Derty West" and "Derty Poiiuy," who listed "rewq, ME" as their addresses and "Qwertyyy" or "Qwerttyyu" as either their employer or occupation, contributed a combined $1,110 in July.

"Even a contributor who used the name "Jgtj Jfggjjfgj," and listed an address of "thjtrj" in "gjtjtjtjtjtjr, AP," was able to contribute $370 in a series of $10 donations in August."

There is probably some brilliant commentary to be made about the state of campaign donation requirements that allowed this to happen, but all I can think of is L.O.L.

You know, Mr. L.O.L. from Poopie, Uranus, who made a donation of 50 grand to Ron Paul this election.

Do you know how easy it is to donate a little money, coming in dribs and drabs, and it not get noticed amidst many hundreds of thousands of small donations? I have made several $5 and $10 donations this year (for the first time!)..as a former teacher, I can't afford much. But this 'donation' series comes from Texas, and bells go off, for me. I've seen so many dirty tricks in Texas politics… this one is typical, as if Obama could do anything about it, and as if auditors would look at anything udner $200….Anybody can 'donate' and a troublemaker can stay under the radar…I lived in Texas 18 years total, and know that such dirty tricks are possible in Texas.
What makes me angry is the descent of the capaign to name-calling and innuendoes. Both of these men have earned this shot at the Presidency. Personally, Sen. McCain gambles, swears a lot, and is a party guy whose 'Maverick' reputation is really earned because he has problems getting along well with other legislators. He'll take that grouchiness and his gambling ways into the White House. Sen. Obama is patient and cool and will use diplomacy rather than name-calling and rabble-rousing to lead this country back into honor and greatness on the world scene. He is our next 'Great Communicator.' Oh, I voted for reagan, BTW.

Oh, I lived in AZ and taught English there, so i have personal experience regarding Sen. McCain's habits, as small newspapers did bring it up…forgive my typos, I am retired a white lady age 65, with bad vision…former resident of Houston, Texas and of both AZ and NM.
