We've just received unconfirmed word that MTV execs have officially canned TRL, and fired approximately fifteen people responsible for its production.

Details to this still-developing story are scarce, which means we can only speculate as to what this means for TRL's potty-mouthed veejay, Vanessa Minnillo.
