The battle between Fox News and Tribune Co. rages on in the trademark dispute over the name "Red Eye." FNC's Greg Gutfeld-hosted middle-of-the-night show Red Eye carries a monicker too familiar for RedEye, the freebie daily that the Chicago Tribune publishes in its hometown. The two parties have finally hauled their asses into court, and the debating has begun. So what's the final deal shaping up to be?
Reports the Tribune:
Blacking out "Red Eye" and having Fox News Channel go dark on Chicago area cable systems so RedEye readers aren't confused was one of the solutions Moody laid out Monday before U.S. District Judge Elaine Bucklo. Other options he offered, should the publisher prevail, included reinstating reruns of "Fox Report with Shepard Smith" in the slot and canceling the show outright.
Or FNC could simply rename the show to its original: Wasteland. Which is what it's become, anyway.

"Become"?
It's "moniker"
(no need for the 'c')
I want that drawing because I named it "Unikorny"
