I feel the comedy/satire "jabs" at Palin by Tina Fay are no longer funny.
The news media reporters/interviewers seem extremely tough on Palin—biased and at times darn right insulting.

No one has to discredit Gov. Palin. She does it herself every time she talks. I feel that I am better informed than she is and I do not consider myself to be qualified to be a heart beat away from the most important job in our Country. I feel it is an insult to have her run for the office of Vice President. I am a Republican who will not vote for John McCain because of this poor decision.

If it was Obama it would be considered a KKK deal and the liberal press would be all over it!!! I am now boycotting all television news other than Fox… I will no longer buy any newspapers … I have had it with the liberal media… They are NOT journalist… I do NOT want their OPINIONS or retoric. Isn't it great how so many people are attracted to strong women. (In Sarah's case someone that hunts and shots, that butts up against powerful people, that stands up for what is right, and makes others do the right thing)…and they expected her to be a mindless puppet, totally controlled by numerous handlers? Factor in the biological changes her body will continue going through for nine months after having a baby. (didn't these handlers take 9th grade biology? strange, I remember that, but not whether africa is a continent or country). Then think about how you would feel on that trecherous schedule, and filling the woman's role of making sure all four kids are okay, not to mention a probable whining husband. Then think, what makes our stress a little better than a little shopping? WE ARE WOMEN! NOT MACHINES! And she gave the gop the biggest shot in the arm than I have seen in a very long time! I am not saying that any of these allegations could be true or not…but they should have been, given what that woman must have gone through. Keep standing up for her Greta! I would love to see a comparison of Connie Chung's career ending report with an Oklahoma City Fire Department offical (the day after the OKC bombing) to Katie Couric's interview with Sarah Palin. The same derogatory insulting tone came from both Connie Chung and Katie Couric. The only difference was Chung's wasn't political.
