The best place to announce your engagement plans? An Austrian porn club of course. (We don't exactly know what an Austrian porn club is, but it just exudes romance.)

Well, that's where Pete Doherty decided to announces his proposed marriage to Kate Moss. "We are going to marry," said the recently convicted drug user, "at a Scottish castle somewhere between September and November."

Chances are that he was either kidding, totally delusional, high on drugs … or all of the above. He claimed that the wedding was going to be "really cool." Almost as cool as doing his ex (we were pretty sure the two were still broken up) while he's messed up on drugs.

“Drugs or sex — they are both great.

The best is a combination of both of them. I really love sex on substances — nothing beats that.”

We guess it could be worse. He could be saying how great it is to bang Kate while she's drugged up and passed out. That would be ridiculous, though … Kate is so much more fun when she's awake and on drugs.
