Hearst Cafeteria Needs A Trial Run Before the Grand Unveiling

This just in from a hungry Hearsty regarding the new cafeteria at West 57th:

It opens Monday, though they had a trial lunch today.

The trial lunch was full service… just a practice run for the food service types. No luminaries or celebs… just staffers that are already in the building. Food was good.

And we bet they even have garlic!
