Heath Ledger Update
The Unfortunate Death of A Talented Actor From Every Possible Angle

heather.jpg

Heath Ledger couldn’t have timed it worst. Not only did he have a young child and a promising career, but he died on a Tuesday. A Tuesday! Did he even consider the editorial calendars of tabloids when he took all that Ambien? Probably not.

Along with People
, Entertainment Weekly’s Tuesday close put them in the unique position to be able to literally cover Ledger’s death. Their next issue (a collector's item!) will be a “Special Tribute” to his career.

Meanwhile, Slate asks the tough questions, like was Ledger dreaming before he died? Despite all that funding from the Washington Post Co., Slate was not in fact able to get into his subconscious: “Someone who overdoses on sleeping pills probably won't have a dream before he dies, but it's not out of the question.”

Man, it’s going to be a long ten days until that new toxicology report comes out.

how dare you question the way in which Heath Ledger died! no one times their death unless it's suicide, and it's only been rumored Ledger's death was so, and very few people actually people that. so if his death was accidenital (as i and many others believe),how dare you say he did not take into consider his daughter or more stupidly the day (a tuesday) when he died! if ledger had a decision in the moments before he died to either actually die or remain for his daughter and her alone, i believe he would have choosen her. my grandmother died of an accidenital drug overdoes, and to suggest Ledger's death was by any means his choice without proof is a complete insult to his family and memory. so please do the world a favor and keep your pathetic opinion to yourself, at least when it comes to the death of someone, famous or not.

Yes, I am going to take the high road here and BELIEVE that Heath died accidentally. They already claim that he had a "wake-up call" scheduled for the next day. People who try suicide don't schedule "wake-up calls."

Um, hey Lisa, I think the post was sorta in jest. Get a sense of humor. And take a chill pill (an Ambien, preferably).

I used to respect you, Dave. Now I realize you are nothing but a lousy, stupid jew. Articles like the one above shows the garbage crap that you are. Unfortunately this is America 2008 and not Germany 1941 so you can get what you deserve.

Lisa… "… and very few people actually people that."
I wouldn't want to rain on your little self-righteous parade, but you can barely verbalize your thoughts in written form. Perhaps you should keep them to yourself and, while you're at it, don't take everything so seriously. As to the rest of your response to this article, I agree that Ledger's death is a tragedy, and I also think that the evidence made public so far suggests it was not suicide. Now, if (and this is a big if) you had any social or reading skills, you would be capable of noting the first paragraph as clear sarcasm. Seeing as you lack those abilities, I'm pointing this out to you so that perhaps you can channel your adolescent, poorly articulated rage elsewhere.
Oscar: "Now I realize you are nothing but a lousy, stupid jew." Mature. For reals. Maybe you should go play some dodgeball or something instead of messing with your parents' computer. Run along now.

Oscar: I guess you didn't recognize this posting as irony…but then, I shouldn't be surprised that you can't. Obviously, irony is lost on someone who calls someone a "stupid, lousy Jew" while trying to indicate the inappropriate nature of his comments. That you would even think to reference the Holocaust just shows how absolutely insignificant you should be.

I agree with Cat. Run along now.

To all of you, sarcasm about somebody's accidental death is a low and underhanded blow. It is dirty and ubcalled for. It is at the level of John Gibson's comment about Heath's death. What Jossip (David) did was lousy. I wonder how would he feels if the same thing would have been done to the death of his father or mother. Or for that matter to the same to any oneof you. I understand the sarcasm, what I do not understand is the reason why. It is at the level of Iran understanding the Holocaust. COMPRENDE!!!!

Ok I have to agree, Oscar you childish at best and seem to share the same degenerative condition when it comes to the written word. I think it's sad that Heath died, I feel for his family and friends. What is more heartbreaking is that he was an entertainer and we have placed him on a, probably much undeserving, pedestal no different than professional athletes. How much news time would it take to cover the death of those that truly deserver our admiration and respect. Everyday millions of men and women put themselves on the line to keep us safe, be it, Fire, Law enforcement, Emergency Medical, or the men and women who serve our country. Seems the only air time most of them will ever have, will be a body county for the military and what the law enforcement did that "violated" someone or their rights. Just seems that we really have a lot of things turned around backwards in this country. Oh and oscar, if you really think the Holocaust is something to take lightly, try starving yourself for about a year, isolated from your wife (poor woman if you have one) and family then crawl into an oven and turn the gas on. I am constantly amazed at the things people think are "smart" or "funny".

And get back to the conversation at hand.Heath Ledger remember…His death is very sad at such a young age..i agree with the facts that it was probably an accident and he will truly be missed. His acting was an inspiration to many.

I think everyone should just pray for his family, and his daughter who will need the most explained to her!!! Someday she will read, and see all the ignorant things people wasted there time on, yet it will be hurtful to her!!! He is no longer on this earth anymore, and we all need to let him be free!!! The only ones who need to know what truly happened to him on his scheduled day to go is him, and God!!! He will be missed!!! And yes there are far more people out there that we never hear about who try to keep us safe, yet we don't give there famlies any Respect! we all die!! Thats life!! Rest In Peace Mr. Ledger you are an angel now!!! Say hello to my son up there for me, Godbless!!!
