Yesterday, former topless model Heather Mills (who is, perhaps, best known for her recent one-legged stint on Dancing With The Stars and her current full-time gig of trying to bleed ex-hubby Paul McCartney dry in the divorce settlement) has accused the British press of launching a "hate campaign" against her.
Surprisingly, her words were not particularly well received by the notoriously ruthless UK tabloids.
Reports People:
The Sun – one of the papers which regularly refers to Mills, 39, as "Mucca" for her topless modeling past – splashed "Mucca on the Edge" across its front page, describing her as "out of control" and "wild-eyed."
London's Daily Star took a more seasonal approach, declaring, "Halloween? Mucca's Far More Scary!"
Meanwhile The Mirror characterized her round of interviews as a "day of unhinged ranting."
Even more surprising? Mills' publicist promptly resigned in the face of the latest media backlash, thereby leaving her boss, if you'll forgive the expression, without a leg to stand on.

I alway said I thought Heather was not pretty enough for Paul. Married only 4 years! Heather, shows what a gold digger you really are! You make all women look like sluts. Hey I have an idea why don't you crawl back into the hole you crawled out of. Don't go blaming anyone for people hating you, you did that all by yourself.
