Hillary Needs YOU

Hey, Time Persons of the Year? Hillary Clinton needs your help.

Hillary and the other presidential hopefuls who are participating in the CNN-YouTube face-off are all putting together 30-second videos that will air (stream? load? play in a little Flash gizmo?) during the debate. No stranger to online video, Hillary's camp, however, wants you to do the legwork.

This was recently sent out by Hillary's media adviser/director of advertising Mandy Grunwald:

Dear Friend,

I really need your help.

On July 23, Hillary will participate in a debate sponsored by YouTube and CNN. All of the candidates will make a 30-second video that will play at some time during the debate.

My job in the campaign is to make the videos and the ads, and I have a great team of really creative people helping me. But when we sat down to figure out what our 30-second video for the debate should be, we decided pretty quickly to give you the assignment instead.

You know why you support Hillary. You know why this country is ready for change. You know why she's ready to lead.

All you need to do is put it in a video of 30 seconds or less, and you may be featured during the CNN/YouTube debate on July 23.

Featured during the debate? That's nearly 0.0032395 times more awesome than just uploading your video to YouTube like you usually do!

    No. 1 Mr. T says:

That could be fun. We can take the picture of Nick and Vanessa Minnillo in the hot tub in Mexico, paste Hill's face on Vanessa's, add some music and you have recreated the 90's in reverse!

Or better yet, they can do a rip-off of Sex and the City. Hillary can be Scarrie and Bill can be Mr. Cig!
