My be is, if the man (Obama) grew up poor, had no father in his life and even lack of a mother at times, beat the odds, went to harvard, graduated with honors, President of the Harvard Review - a prestigious feat, married the same woman for 2 years, a devoted dad, worked pro bono with poor people for over 20 years, thought Economics, LAW and race relations — I am betting that he has an overall understanding of what America needs and the struggles of the middle class and less fortunate.

Or you can vote for the war hero who basically is running on experience of being a war hero who was shot down in Nam, never really fought in a war but claims that he knows how to win wars. A war hero who basically did shit for VETS and meanwhile he is running for president and Soldiers are committing suicide left right and center. Has anyone seen what Walter Reed looks like? To tell you how bad Mc7Houses is, he got a failing grade from his own Army vets because of his poor record and Obama BTW got a B!

As a woman, I'm a little sick of all this phoney, girl power chit. Hilary did not have a media bias against her because she's a woman, she had a media bias against her because her husband, (who's coat-tails the liberated Hilary is happy to ride) kept popping off at the mouth and tanking her chances. She also lost because she has associated with her, personally, years of allegations about suspicious real estate and business deals that she could never put to rest. Not to mention, her campaign was disorganized and could never pick a direction, simply rounded up old supporters and hoped they'd be enough. Meanwhile, Obama came out of relative obscurity and dominated the field with a strong, consistent message.

She is a great politician and a great candidate and Bill was a great pres., but Obama, on balance, won because he doesn't have this "baggage" factor and was more focused, i.e., DID A BETTER JOB.

So let's forget about this girl-power crap, shall we?
